Rules:
1. You have to have an existing site so I can see your work. The site must be a decent one that isn't cluttered and appears that you put some effort into it. Don't put up a site on a free server after you read this just to show me what you can do. If you are on a free server (geocities, etc.) that is fine, I just want to see more than an index page.
2. If your site contains subjects that conflict with my personal beliefs or the subject matter is not what I want hosted on my site, I will not host you. If you want to know what my beliefs are, go to my personal site and read about it.
3. No porn or illegal content is allowed.
4. Updates must be made at least monthly on your site. I require this because I don't want any "dead" sites. If you are going to be on hiatus, please contact me. It can be no longer than a month. If it is longer, your account might be deleted or suspended unless your reasons are because of family emergency reasons.
5. A link back to me is required. Why? Just because. Also, promote other hostees.
6. No sticky caps ( sTickY CapS) or phonetic typing (fonetic). It is just plain annoying.
7. No uploading files to be used at other sites. A nice little graphic will appear if a graphic is direct-linked.
8. Take the time to visit my personal site and leave comments occassionally.
9. No fansites and button rotations because they take up too much space and bandwidth. I prefer personal blogs/journals. I will accept fanlistings/hatelistings and cliques. Graphics sites might be accepted, but my concern is bandwidth and space.
10. No copying other websites. BE ORIGINAL!!!. If the owner of another site contacts me and can prove that you stole their layout and/or graphics, I will delete your account.
11. You must have HTML and FTP knowledge. I WILL NOT HOST YOU IF YOU DO NOT KNOW FTP. I am very busy and really don't have time to help everyone. In the tutorials page are links to site that can help in developing your site. Ftp sites I recommend are SmartFTP and Cute FTP.

13. No excessive profanity.
I will email you if you have been approved within a week. If you are not accepted, do not harrass me.
What you get
1. Plenty of space. (within reason) If I accept your graphics site, I may choose to limit your bandwidth and space.
